Worked as a multimedia reporter for a daily news paper in Vancouver, B.C.  Shot still images, video and wrote articles under tight deadlines.  Covered a variety of subjects from local sports to international news

Treeplanter, Evergreen Reforestation 2010-Present

Planted trees for five seasons as part of large scale reforestation projects in Alberta and British Columbia.  Areas included Central B.C., Coastal B.C., Vancouver Island B.C., Central A.B., Northern A.B., Northern England, Southern Scotland.

Manual Brusher/Supervisor, Dle’ze Contracting 2006-Present

Performed silviculture work as part of reforestation projects in Northern British Columbia. Involved in ground-level forestry work and management.  Supervised and co-ordinate workers in silviculture operations, often in different locations that are several kilometres apart.  Trained staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
